Your first visit includes a comprehensive consultation and, if appropriate, same-day treatment. During this appointment, we will review your medical history, discuss your goals, and assess your facial anatomy to determine whether neuromodulator treatment is right for you. Neuromodulators are prescription medical injectables that temporarily relax targeted muscles. They are commonly used to soften fine lines and wrinkles, create a subtle brow lift, and can also be used for concerns such as excessive sweating, migraines, and certain muscle-related conditions. This appointment allows time for personalized planning, education, and answering any questions you may have. Our goal is to ensure you feel informed, comfortable, and confident in your treatment plan.
Medical Neuromodulator
This appointment is for therapeutic neuromodulator treatments addressing medical concerns such as chronic migraines, excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis), and jaw tension or TMJ-related symptoms. Neuromodulators are prescription medical injectables that temporarily relax targeted muscles or block specific nerve signals. In medical applications, this can help reduce muscle overactivity, decrease pain, and minimize excessive sweating. Treatment plans are individualized based on your symptoms, medical history, and clinical assessment. During your visit, we will review your concerns, determine appropriate dosing and injection sites, and answer any questions to ensure you feel informed and comfortable. This appointment is for clients who have previously received neuromodulator treatment and are returning for maintenance or adjustments. This 75-minute appointment is your all-in-one consult and treatment session for facial fillers and Neuromodulators. During your visit, we’ll take the time to understand your goals, assess your unique features, and offer our expert guidance to help you achieve natural, beautiful results.

Post-Treatment Assessment Policy
At Unity Collective Studios, we are committed to ensuring the best possible results from your treatment. As part of our patient care approach:
A post-treatment assessment may be scheduled within 2 weeks of your initial appointment to evaluate your results and make any adjustments if deemed necessary by your injector.
Adjustments are provided only if clinically indicated at the discretion of your injector. If a patient chooses to increase their treatment beyond the original plan—such as opting for additional units or syringes after becoming more comfortable with the process—this will be considered a new treatment and will not be included under the initial service. We recommend scheduling your follow-up appointment at the time of your initial visit to ensure availability within the appropriate timeframe.
