All members who sign up and stay for six months receive a free facial as our gift! The facial is available as soon as you enroll and can be used anytime during your membership, but if you cancel before reaching six months, the cost of the service will be charged to your card.

How It Works

Monthly Membership Fee: $199+GST, fully credited to your account for any service.

Commitment: A 6-month commitment is required to redeem the complimentary facial. After that, you can cancel at any time.

Registration: Register online now! You can book your services online, per usual, and your membership fee will be used towards your services. The credit will be renewed each month. To book your free facial, contact us.

Terms and Conditions for Membership Program

By enrolling in our Membership Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Fee. The membership fee is $199 (+GST) per month. This fee will be automatically charged to your account each month. Your membership effective date is the date of enrollment.
2. Account Credit. The total amount of your monthly payments will be added to your account as credit. This credit can be applied towards any services offered by Unity Collective Studios.
3. Discounts. As a member, you are entitled to the following discounts:

10% off our medical-grade skincare products

10% off IV vitamin infusions

10% off any Booster shot
4. No Refunds or Transfers. Membership fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another individual or account.
5. Discontinuation of Membership. You may cancel your membership at any time. However, if you cancel before six (6) months of enrollment, you will forfeit your complimentary facial. If you have already redeemed your complimentary facial prior to completing six (6) months and then cancel, you will be charged the full cost of the facial. Unity Collective Studios reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for this amount. If the payment method on file is declined or otherwise unavailable, an invoice will be issued, and payment will be due immediately.
6. Account Credit Usage. All money contributed to your account is 100% yours and can be used at any time for services or products offered by Unity Collective Studios.
7. Changes to Terms: Unity Collective Studios reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in writing.
