Terms and Conditions for Membership Program

By enrolling in the Skin Fitness Pro Membership Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Membership Fee

The membership fee is $199 (+GST) per month. This fee will be automatically charged to your payment method each month. Your membership becomes effective on the date of enrollment.

2. Account Credit

The full amount of each monthly membership payment will be added to your Unity Collective Studios account as service credit. This credit may be used toward eligible services and products offered by Unity Collective Studios.

3. Membership Perks

As a Skin Fitness Pro member, you are entitled to the following exclusive benefits:

Laser Facials for $299 (regularly $400)
Neuromodulators for $9.50/unit (regularly $10/unit)

4. No Refunds or Transfers

Membership fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another individual or account.

5. Membership Commitment & Cancellation

Skin Fitness Pro requires a minimum six (6) month commitment.

You may cancel your membership at any time. However, if you cancel before completing the initial six (6) month commitment, a $199 early cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file.

If the payment method on file is declined or otherwise unavailable, an invoice will be issued and payment will be due immediately.

6. Account Credit Usage

All membership payments added to your account as service credit remain your credit and may be used toward eligible services and products offered by Unity Collective Studios, in accordance with our account credit policy.

7. Changes to Terms

Unity Collective Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, membership pricing, or membership benefits at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes in writing.

By enrolling in the Skin Fitness Pro Membership Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
