Cancellation Policies

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we require a valid credit card to secure any booking. No charges will be made at the time of booking unless a deposit is required for your selected service.

Please read the following cancellation policies carefully. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. All bookings require a signed agreement and a valid credit card on file.

General Appointments

​

If your appointment does not require a deposit, a credit card is still required to secure the time slot.


Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours or failure to show up will result in a 50% charge of the total service cost to the card on file.

Consultations

​

Consultations must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $100 fee, charged to the card on file.

​

IV Services

​

Due to the customized nature of IV treatments, cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice or no-shows will be charged the full cost of the service to the card on file.
